- **Map the whole journey, then add AI.** I map the full journey and the people in it, so AI changes the outcome and multiplies productivity and usability, instead of speeding up one step. - **Data-driven, people-centered.** A product-design background: research and usability first, evidence to keep decisions honest, customers and stakeholders in one shared picture. Proof: AI agents found a real cost of $946 a lead against a $91 benchmark, and inflated conversions that had misled ad bidding for eight months. - **Build it to prove it.** Working prototypes and agents built with AI tools, with a quality bar set before anything ships.
